BRIEF PLOT SUMMARY: The story of a gambler (Brian Hutton) who wins a teen night club. A dynamic singer (Susan Cabot)  is included in the deal. Pitiful and obsessed loser of the bet (David J. Stewart) stays on as the "unhappy" carnival clown (who ends up torching the place!)
